At AR Connect Education Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality exam support to all our learners. Please read the following refund policy carefully before booking your exam.
Exam Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Booking Confirmation: Upon booking an exam, the booking is final, and no refunds can be processed under any circumstances.

Rescheduling: In extreme circumstances, there may be an option to reschedule the exam to a different date. However, this is at the discretion of the Director and is subject to availability.

Rescheduling Fees:

If the exam date is amended within 10 days of the original exam date, an additional £20 rescheduling fee will apply.

If the exam date is amended within 5 days of the original exam date, the full administration fee will be required, as the space could have been filled by another candidate.
